French Apple Pie*

Deep dish. Serves 8-10.

Available freshly baked or frozen for baking at home. Store in refrigerator if baked or in the freezer until your ready to bake it.

Frozen Pie Baking Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350.  Remove plastic wrap & place the pie on a baking sheet.  Bake for 1 hour.  Crust should be golden brown and pie will be slightly bubbling.  If crust is getting too dark and pie still needs longer, put foil around the edges.  Store in fridge for up to 5 days after baking.

4 day notice is needed for all holiday orders. All orders are baked fresh. LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY at our bakery in Ojai, Monday-Saturday 8am-4pm. Directions here. Holiday products are available for order now, through December 31. We will be closed Thanksgiving day (11/27), Christmas eve, day, and day after. (12/24-26)
