Available freshly baked or frozen for baking at home. Store in the refrigerator if baked or freezer until ready to bake.

Frozen Pie Baking Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350.  Remove plastic wrap & place the pie on a baking sheet.  Bake for 1 hour.  Crust should be golden brown.  If crust is getting too dark and pie still needs longer, put foil around the edges.  Pumpkin Pie will set when completely cooled.  Store in fridge for up to 5 days.

Crust: Sunoven All Purpose Flour (Organic Brown Rice Flour, Organic Potato Starch, Organic Tapioca Flour, Organic Cane Sugar, Xanthan gum, Sea Salt) Organic Earth Balance (vegetable oil blend, water, salt, pea protein, sunflower lecithin, lactic acid).

4 day notice is needed for all holiday orders. All orders are baked fresh. LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY at our bakery in Ojai, Monday-Saturday 8am-4pm. Directions here. Holiday products are available for order now, through December 31. We will be closed Thanksgiving day (11/27), Christmas eve, day, and day after. (12/24-26)
