Ingredients: Organic Brown Rice Flour, Organic Potato Starch, Organic Tapioca Flour, Non-GMO Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Sea Salt, Purified Water, Organic Coconut Oil, Non-GMO Applesauce,

Cane Sugar, Xanthan Gum & Powdered Sugar, Organic Ginger Powder, Organic Cloves, Organic Nutmeg, Organic Allspice, Organic Molasses, Cinnamon & Brown Sugar

Store the cake at room temperature for 2 days, refrigerate for 5 days or freeze for 6 months.

Local pick-up information:

4 day notice is needed for all holiday orders. All orders are baked fresh. LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY at our bakery in Ojai, Monday-Saturday 8am-4pm. Directions here. Holiday products are available for order now, through December 31. We will be closed Thanksgiving day (11/27), Christmas eve, day, and day after. (12/24-26)
