These cinnamon rolls were one of the first pastries we created when we opened in 2014! We’ve refined this recipe to create the perfect cinnamon roll texture with a delicious, gooey cinnamon & brown sugar filling.

Ingredients:

Cinnamon rolls: Organic Brown Rice Flour, Purified Water, Organic Tapioca, Organic Potato Starch, Non-GMO Coconut Oil, Organic Sugar, Cinnamon, Brown Sugar, Organic Flax Meal, Non-GMO Baking Powder, Organic Sea Salt, Dry Active Yeast, Xanthan Gum, Baking Soda

Icing:  Powdered Sugar, Vanilla Extract & Water

Baking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350, take cinnamon rolls out of freezer, place on parchment paper, bake for 10-15 minutes until light brown. Enjoy!

Storage and Handling:

Icing: Store the icing in the refrigerator.  Allow the icing to get to room temperature before using.

Shipping available for US customer only. All orders are baked fresh. Please allow 2 days before your order is shipped or picked up. We do not ship on weekends. Local pick-up in Ojai, CA. Click here for local pick-up information.
